Navegha Academy provides online vocational training courses for delivery professionals and gig workers in India. Our courses are educational in nature and are designed to help learners build skills.

2. Course Access

• Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the purchased course
• Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share, resell, or distribute course content
• Access is tied to your registered email address and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to update course content to keep it relevant

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• Course access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation
• We do not store your payment card details

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Less than 30% of course content should have been accessed
• Request must be made via WhatsApp: +91 9875404141
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
• Razorpay processing fees (approx. ₹2-3) are non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content, videos, scripts, and materials are owned by Navegha Academy
• The Navegha name, logo, and brand are our trademarks
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Third-party platform names (Blinkit, Zomato, Amazon, etc.) are mentioned for educational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these platforms

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not attempt to hack, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Not use the course content to create competing products

8. Limitation of Liability

Navegha Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or courses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
